Take yourself right back to the basics and get to grips with learning how to bake your very own handmade bread from breadsticks to rolls to focaccia to beautiful big loaves to pizza, using only the essential ingredients, no additives, no preservatives. By the end of the day you'll have the knowledge to be able to go home and bake bread for yourself and teach family and friends. Lunch will be tasters of what you've made.
Price - £130 per person (minimum of 4 people required), with the day starting at 9:30am.
