If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.
The Sail Loft is a modern, distinctive, 5 star gold accredited holiday home situated adjacent to the Hayle Estuary, the most south westerly RSPB nature reserve. It has been interior designed to offer luxury accommodation with a dash of seaside chic and is extensively equipped to provide everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday in Cornwall. This beautiful holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests, offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a separate WC. It also offers the benefits of an integral garage, allocated parking, pretty patio garden and wireless broadband access.
The open plan living accommodation on the first floor has a comfortable lounge, a sunny dining area with Juliet balcony overlooking the patio garden. The kitchen boasts all the essentials, including a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave.
The top floor comprises the master bedroom with quality king size bed, TV and stylish en-suite with rainfall shower, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Wonderful views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom across the stunning tidal estuary below. The attractive twin room is also on this floor and offers views across to Trencrom in the distance. The gorgeous family bathroom is also on this floor offering a bath with shower over, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
The ground floor, tiled throughout in travertine, offers a versatile garden room for relaxing, reading or listening to music or watching TV. The garden room offers a single day bed which extends to a double so can be used as either a single, two singles or a double bed, along with a TV, mini HiFi music system with radio and CD player and selection of books. This is a lovely peaceful room opening out onto the private garden area which is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine or just an early evening drink. The patio area has been equipped with teak garden furniture, umbrella and gas BBQ. There is a ground floor WC and a further door leads into the integral garage and utility area with sink, Miele washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Sail Loft is situated in a peaceful area only a few miles from St Ives, and whilst away from all the hustle and bustle it is within easy reach of its pretty harbour, beaches, galleries, shops and restaurants. The Saltings Reach (to St. Ives) branch line train platform is nestled on the waters edge, only a couple of minutes walk from the property. It takes you on what can only be described as the most beautiful 8 minute train journey you could wish for.
The white sands at Porthkidney beach (which adjoin the Hayle estuary) are a 20 minute walk along The Saltings. At the beach - you can pick up the coastal path to Carbis Bay and St Ives.
This beautifully presented home is perfect for one or two couples or families and is ideally placed to explore all that this wonderful part of Cornwall has to offer.
