Pear Tree Cottage is a beautiful newly built two-bedroom granite cottage, situated in the prime location of Saltings Reach on the outskirts of St Ives. This modern and well-equipped holiday cottage has everything you need for a relaxing get-away and offers luxury open-plan living at its very best.

The stylish sitting room and kitchen lead to a fabulous and spacious conservatory and onto a large sunny garden complete with patio area, teak garden furniture and a BBQ.

Upstairs at Pear Tree Cottage both bedrooms offer a sumptuous sleeping experience! Both bedrooms are exceptionally decorated and have smart upholstered headboards. The second bedroom is a comfortable double and the master bedroom has a zip lock bed, giving you the flexibility to either have a spacious 6 foot Superking bed, or two 3 foot single beds. Also upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath, power-shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver socket.

St. Ives is a short drive away, or the Saltings Reach branch line train is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. You arrive at the stunning Porthminster Beach, St. Ives in 8 minutes and sample some breathtaking coastline along the way.

Pear Tree Cottage is the perfect choice of holiday home if you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location but still be ideally located for easy access to sample the delights of St. Ives and explore the West Cornwall peninsular.
