We invite you to come and stay in The Sail Loft, the latest addition to our portfolio of 'Cornish Gems', available for holiday let from May 08. This beautiful light and airy luxurious, boutique style holiday home overlooks the Hayle Estuary and well renowned RSPB nature reserve and offers superb quality accommodation for up to 6 guests.
The Sail Loft is arranged over three floors, the chic open plan living accommodation is on the middle floor, from which there is a Juliet balcony facing the estuary waters.
On the top floor the master bedroom can be found with king size bed plus en-suite shower room. The master bedroom offers a birds eye view of the tidal estuary waters below . There is also a twin room plus a further bathroom with bath, power shower, sink and WC.
The ground floor offers a versatile garden / further reception room which doubles up as a bedroom to accommodate 2 guests on the comfy double sofa bed. There are French doors leading to the good sized private patio area, plus a seperate ground floor WC.
St. Ives is a short drive away, or the Saltings Reach branch line train is a 5 minute walk away. Your arrive at Porthminster Beach, St. Ives in 8 minutes and sample some breathtaking coastline along the way. The Sail Loft is the perfect choice of holiday home if you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location but still be ideally located for easy access for sampling the delights of St. Ives and exploring the West Cornwall peninsular.
