We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Saltings View Cottage is an exceptionally well presented, newly built two bedroom granite cottage that cleverly brings a modern influence to the traditional style Cornish cottages of yesteryear. Saltings View Cottage is situated in the prime location of Saltings Reach on the outskirts of St Ives.

From the entrance hall, the ground floor comprises a fully integrated kitchen/diner with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob and large fridge/freezer. The welcoming lounge offers 2 large comfy sofas, pebble effect electric stove, flatscreen digital TV with Freeview, CD and DVD player. French doors lead from the lounge to the small patio area with picnic bench. There is also a separate ground floor WC.

Upstairs at Saltings View Cottage, both bedrooms are stylishly furnished and offer a magnificent sleeping experience. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room with 2 x 3ft Feather & Black beds. The master bedroom has a 5ft bed from The Iron Bed Company. Also upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath, power-shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver socket.

St. Ives is a short drive away, or the Saltings Reach branch line train is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. You arrive at the stunning Porthminster Beach, St. Ives in 8 minutes and sample some breathtaking coastline along the way.

Mini Breaks run for 2, 3 or 4 nights. To book a minibreak please click on an available date in the calendar. On the reservation form you will be able to choose how many nights you wish to stay for. Please note there is a nightly supplement for holidays that run over Friday and/or Saturday night.
