We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Wigeon Watch has retained its 5 Star Gold Award this year and the owners have added more features to ensure a home from home holiday experience - or better! This lovely new build granite cottage is tastefully furnished inside to an excellent standard and features all the appliances and gadgets one would expect to find in a modern luxury holiday cottage of this high standard.

The ground floor comprises a good sized lounge with 2 sofas a coal effect gas fire with polished limestone fireplace. There is a large flat screen TV with Playstation 3 and Blu-Ray DVD player. There is also an iPod docking station with iPod, surround sound system and wifi broadband access. Double doors open out into the separate dining room which has dining facilities for full occupancy and French doors which lead out to the rear South facing patio area.

The fully fitted, integrated kitchen can be found on the ground floor, facilities include; dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, double oven/gas hob, fridge freezer along with quality Denby crockery and quality branded cooking utensils. There is a ground floor WC.

Upstairs at Wigeon Watch there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed, bedside tables/lamps, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player along with a built in wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle and power shower, wash hand basin, toilet and shaver socket. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, bedside tables/lamps, wardrobe and flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Bedroom 3 is a single bedroom with one 3ft single bed, wardrobe, bedside table/lamp and TV with Playstation 2. There is a family bathroom with bath, power shower over, wash hand basin, toilet, mirror and shaver socket.

Wigeon Watch is perfect for one or two couples or a family wanting to escape to picturesque St. Ives on the North Cornish coast. Outside, there is a sunny rear patio/dining area, allocated parking space plus garage ideal for storing golf clubs, surfboards, wetsuits.

Modern property with good facilities and in a convenient location to explore that part of Cornwall and within a 2 minute walk to the local St Ives Branch Line with stunning views of the estuary and local beaches.
