This large holiday home is on the outskirts of St. Ives. It provides parking and great accessibility to St. Ives town centre and its many golden sandy beaches. The frequent branch line train is only 5 minutes walk away and arrives in St. Ives in 8 minutes, offering some breathtaking coastal views along the way. We recommend purchasing a 'Day Ranger' ticket which costs from £2.00 per person and can be used all day long to access St. Ives without having to worry about parking.

1 Fulmar Close is a large, modern, detached holiday home arranged over 3 floors. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms whilst offering 3 bathrooms plus a separate WC.
The ground floor comprises lounge, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, separate dining room and WC. On the first floor there are 2 double bedroom (one en-suite), 1 twin room plus a family bathroom with bath and power shower. On the top floor there is an additional double and twin room that share a shower room with sink and WC.
This comfortable family holiday home is situated at Saltings Reach, adjacent to the well renowned Hayle Estuary, an RSPB nature reserve and offers great accessibility to some of the finest golden beaches and tourist attractions West Cornwall has to offer.
The property is 1 mile from Porthkidney Beach, a picturesque beach adjoining the Hayle Estuary. West Cornwall Golf Course overlooks Porthkidney Beach and daily green fees can be purchased through the Cornish Gems office. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the golf course and beach across to both St. Ives Bay, Gwithian Beach, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. There is a lovely walk from the property along the Saltings which leads you to the beach.
