25 The Digey certainly ticks all the boxes as they say. It is located in a fantastic position literally seconds from Porthmeor Beach and The Tate Gallery, St. Ives. It sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. 25 The Digey offers wi-fi access along with an allocated parking space right outside! The Digey is a cobbled street off Fore Street St. Ives (one road back from the harbour front itself) where all the main shops and restaurants are located.

When you walk up the steps into the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room you get a tremendous feeling of space and light, the ceilings are high with exposed beams along with an enormous feature window which follows the contour of the roof. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential appliances and inventory items you could possibly need whilst having a central island unit where the sink is located. There is a separate utility area and WC.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space along with an en suite bathroom. The twin room has 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe space plus an en suite shower room. Accommodation at 25 The Digey is all one one level except one double room which is upstairs which has its own en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a roof terrace accessed via a French door which has a table and chairs plus a view of the sea!
