• There is no parking available with this property however, you are able to purchase a "Rover" parking permit (requires at least 10 days notice) which will entitle you to stay in any of the council run long stay car parks throughout Cornwall. Weekly tickets are also available to purchase from the car park itself, if the 10 day notice period has passed. Please note that purchasing your ticket in this way will only entitle you to use the car park it was purchased from. Please also be aware that neither of these tickets will guarantee you a space. Your nearest car park is Barnoon (just a few minutes walk). Ask a member of the team for further details.

If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Admiral Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage conveniently located in the heart of St. Ives town centre, tucked away on a quiet street near Fore Street. It has a pretty garden and boasts harbour views. This comfortable holiday cottage is perfect for couples or families seeking a prime, central St. Ives location. The delights of St. Ives are all on your doorstep and can be accessed within a matter of seconds from its multitude of shops, galleries, restaurants and bars through to its many golden sandy beaches.

Its architect owner has redesigned the cottage using sustainable materials optimising its space to maximize the spectacular views. From almost every room your eyes are drawn to the sea and the changing light on the water. The front stable door opens into a hallway with two ground floor bedrooms which share harbour views. One room offers a 4ft double bed the other has bunk beds, these rooms have bi-folding doors so as they can be kept open plan or they can be divided. The ground floor also offers a cloakroom with wash hand basin and toilet along with a utility room and handy rear courtyard.

Stairs take you to the first floor open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which has wooden floors throughout. The newly fitted Shaker style kitchen offers a Smeg double electric oven range cooker with gas hob, quality appliances, feature fire place and superb views of the harbour and beyond. The bathroom is luxurious with a high ceiling, velux and circular/porthole window, an oval bath, power shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Open tread ash stairs lead to the attic bedroom which has a double bed (no wardrobe but hanging rail) and window showcasing unbelievable far reaching views of the harbour across to Hayle, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. Antique stripped pine furniture is used throughout the cottage.

Admiral Cottage is the perfect choice for couples or a family looking for a well equipped, fisherman's cottage located near the harbour offering views and outside space…such a rarity in this part of town.

Access to the cottage is up several steps and with its open plan layout, may be unsuitable for certain age groups
