We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Bay Tree Cottage is a newly built two bedroom granite cottage that cleverly brings a modern influence to the traditional fishermans' cottages of yesteryear. Bay Tree Cottage is situated in the prime location that is Saltings Reach, on the outskirts of St. Ives.

This stylish and well equipped 5 star holiday cottage has a fabulous, spacious conservatory complete with dining furniture and sofa leading to its split level, sunny garden and patio area where you can enjoy some alfresco dining throughout your stay.

Bay Tree Cottage has an open plan style sitting room and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, double oven with gas hob and washing machine. Sitting room/living area offers comfortable seating arrangements, a 26" flat screen digital TV with freeview and DVD player. CD player and ipod docking station also available. The downstairs utility area includes cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a versatile sleeping arrangement by way of 'zip and lock' superking bed which can be arranged as a superking, or as two single beds (Please advise a member of the team how you require this arrangement when making your booking), fitted wardrobe, 19" flat screen TV and clock/radio with ipod dock. The second bedroom has a double bed.

The main bathroom consists of a bath plus power shower, heated towel rail, wash basin, WC and shaver socket.

St. Ives is a short drive away, or the Saltings Reach branch line train is a 5 minute walk away. Your arrive at Porthminster Beach, St. Ives in 8 minutes and sample some breathtaking coastline along the way. Bay Tree Cottage is the perfect choice of holiday home if you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location but still be ideally located for easy access for sampling the delights of St. Ives and exploring the West Cornwall peninsular.

Mini Breaks run for 2, 3 or 4 nights. To book a minibreak please click on an available date in the calendar. On the reservation form you will be able to choose how many nights you wish to stay for. Please note there is a nightly supplement for holidays that run over Friday and/or Saturday night.
