We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Electric gates open up onto the red brick driveway to the property and the grounds offer secure parking for at least 10 cars. The double fronted front elevation is incredibly striking with its mock Georgian entrance porch and arched windows. Once inside Belvedere House you are overwhelmed with undeniably first class accommodation. All the furniture, art, soft furnishings and accessories have been, cleverly and carefully selected by the owner to combine and create a sumptuous home. Belvedere House is without question the finest holiday home you could ever wish to stay in, in Cornwall.

Belvedere House is arranged over 3 floors offering more than enough space for full occupancy. The ground floor boasts a range of facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool with bubble jets, mood lighting and lounge area. A gym is accessed via the swimming pool offering a huge flat screen TV and wall of mirrors. Gym facilities include a spinning bike, bench press, rowing machine, mats and fitness ball. A wet room can be conveniently accessed from the swimming pool area. A stylish fully integrated kitchen offers all the mod-cons you would expect to find in an exclusive home of this exceptional standard. There is a central island unit with 4 bar stools and breakfast table with 8 chairs. Kitchen facilities include a double electric oven and 6 burner gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. Folding glass doors lead to the formal dining room with large glass dining table and 12 chairs. There is a lounge area at the far end of the dining room with comfortable seating and floor lighting. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board. There is a spacious ground floor living room with 3 large sofas, an arm chair, flat screen TV with Sky and DVD player.

There is one ground floor bedroom at Belvedere House boasting sea views, a 5ft iron bed and access to its own private patio with lounge chairs. 5 further bedrooms can be found on the first floor along with 4 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom suite offers a 5ft bed and stunning southerly sea views. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk in power shower, separate bath, sink, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 3, another double room with 6ft superking size bed offers a versatile sleeping arrangement as the bed is a 'zip and lock' style that can be split upon request and arranged as two 3ft single beds. Bedroom 3 offers en-suite facilities which include a walk in power shower, 'his and hers' sinks, toilet and shaver socket. Bedroom 4 is another chic double room with 4ft 6" bed. A stylish, fully tiled main bathroom (opposite bedroom 4) offers a bath with power shower over, sink, toilet and shaver socket. Bedrooms 5 and 6 comprise 2 x twin rooms both with 2 x 3ft single beds, bedside cabinets/lamps and storage facilities. They share a 'Jack & Jill' style shower room with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

The feature staircase continues up to the top floor entertainment room with integral bar, drinks fridge, Roche Bobois designer modular sofa, flat screen TV with integral surround system and ceiling speakers, PS3, 'Fat Boy' bean bags and roof terrace.
