Please complete the reservation form and click make reservation. This will then automatically reserve the property for you and block out the week on the calendar. We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.
Birdsong is a large detached reverse-level residence located in much sought after Venton Road, St. Ives. The spacious open plan living space incorporates a lounge, dining area and bespoke kitchen fitted with Smeg appliances and a dishwasher. From the open plan living space patio doors open onto an enormous balcony offering stunning, breathtaking views across St Ives Bay, Godrevy Lighthouse and the well stocked garden below. The beautiful garden slopes down to a public footpath that conveniently connects to the coastal path leading to St Ives and Carbis Bay. The ground floor reception area comprises of a snooker table, bistro table and chairs with French doors leading to the patio and beautiful gardens.
Stairs lead from the entrance hall with WC to the 4 large ground floor bedrooms. The two master bedrooms both have en-suite shower rooms and flat screen TV's, handmade reclaimed oak 4ft 6" double beds and fitted wardrobes.
The two further twin bedrooms consist of two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers each. Three of the bedrooms have stunning sea views. The large main bathroom has a power shower, separate inset bath, countertop wash hand basin plus W.C.
The house is very light and airy and has a relaxing atmosphere.
The bustle of St. Ives town centre is a short walk away, as are the beaches of Carbis Bay and St Ives all of which can be approached via Hain Walk and the footpath which passes by the bottom of the large garden.
Birdsong is much loved by its owners as their Cornish holiday retreat and is perfect for families or couples seeking a comfortable, well equipped, holiday home offering space, peace and tranquility in a super location with fabulous sea views.
