If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Chestnut Barn is set in peaceful, idyllic rural countryside perfectly placed with direct access to the well known Falmouth Golf Course. This stunning newly built barn is only 2 miles from Falmouth town centre. Great care and attention to detail has been taken with the design to ensure that the old and new have blended together both with each other and into the rural surroundings. Whether looking for a golfing holiday, walking, visiting gardens or just relaxing, this location is ideal.

Chestnut Barn lies close to wonderful Maenporth, Swanpool and Falmouth beaches, the Helford river with sailing amenities and Falmouth town centre all within easy reach - making this is a perfect location for holidaying at any time of the year. As well as direct access to the golf course, the coastal path is easily accessible with picturesque walks. The buzzing port of Falmouth is just minutes away with harbours and marinas, Pendennis Castle, clear waters, fishing, walking or simply soaking up the atmosphere with an abundance of restaurants, cafés, shops and the Maritime Museum. Plus there are regular ferry services to nearby St Mawes or scenic boat trips along the coast and the Helford river. Dolphin watching, scuba diving and much more are available. Shops 1 mile, pub 1 mile.

Once inside this pretty barn, the accommodation is split level and has been presented to an excellent standard offering featuring quality furniture throughout. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). There is a spacious, well equipped, gallery-style kitchen/dining room with high ceilings and exposed beams, a small number of steps takes you down to the living room with door to garden with decked area and wonderful rural views. Both bedrooms offer comfortable beds, plenty of storage along with wall mounted TV's with DVD players. There are 2 allocated parking spaces.
