We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

St James Court is a small, new property development in St. Ives externally finished with granite and New England style weather boarding. Internally, the property has been finished and presented to a high standard and is well equipped with all the essentials to ensure your self catering holiday experience in St. Ives is a pleasant one.

The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. The high gloss black kitchen is fully integrated and offers a dishwasher, double oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer along with a microwave, kettle and toaster. A rear door leads to a small courtyard with table and chairs, retractable washing line and access to its allocated parking space. There is a ground floor cloakroom and utility with WC, sink, washing machine and clothes airer.

Upstairs this newly built holiday cottage offers 3 bedrooms and a main bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, flatscreen television, wardrobe and dressing table with hairdryer. There is a twin room with two 2ft 6 single beds and storage plus a third room with bunk beds and storage facilities. The stylish, fully tiled main bathroom has a bath with power shower over, sink WC heated towel rail and shaver socket.

Chy Ryn is the perfect choice for a couple or family wanting a modern cottage in a central St. Ives location offering that all important parking space which is so hard to find.

We were very impressed with the accommodation. It was the first time away with my new grandson and there was everything we needed to give us peace of mind. The rooms and facilities were actually better than expected - so often in the past we have been rather disappointed with poor quality crockery, lighting etc. We loved all the little touches and would definitely book again.
