• There is no parking available with this property however, you are able to purchase a "Rover" parking permit (requires at least 10 days notice) which will entitle you to stay in any of the council run long stay car parks throughout Cornwall. Weekly tickets are also available to purchase from the car park itself, if the 10 day notice period has passed. Please note that purchasing your ticket in this way will only entitle you to use the car park it was purchased from. Please also be aware that neither of these tickets will guarantee you a space. We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Its location provides quick and easy access to the plethora of shops, cosmopolitan restaurants, art galleries and golden sandy beaches that St. Ives has to offer. The delights of this picture postcard Cornish harbour town are literally on your doorstep!

Chy Byghan is a typical quaint, 2 bedroom Cornish Cottage with a granite front, sash windows and irregular shaped rooms which give it its unique character.

Downstairs, the cottage provides an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The compact and bijous kitchen facilities include; microwave, electric oven/gas hob, fridge, sink. There is a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sofas, flat screen digital TV with Freeview and DVD player. The cottage also provides a DAB/CD radio with iDock and selection of board games.

Upstairs the property offers 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an iron 4ft 6 double bed with bedside tables/lamps, wardrobe with hanging rail and shelf space. The bunk room offers a bunk bed and chest of drawers with bedside lamp.

The bathroom is also located upstairs and comprises a standard sized shower cubicle with electric shower, sink, toilet, electric towel ladder, mirror and shaver socket.

Chy Byghan has a rear courtyard area handy for storing surfboards, wetsuits and body boards. The utility space holds a combined washer/dryer. Chy Byghan is well presented, well equipped and the perfect choice for a couple or a small family wanting to escape to the Cornish Coast for a competitively priced short break or weekly holiday.

Thank-you we really enjoyed our stay at Chy Byghan. Though the property is tiny it is quite comfortable and the location was excellent.
