We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Previously a bed and breakfast this gorgeous period property has recently undergone a complete modern refurbishment into a small number of luxury apartments. Cormorant Views is our highly recommended choice for couples or a family seeking a luxury coastal apartment, close to the beach with sea views and that all important parking.

Cormorant Views offers an open plan kitchen, living room and dining room. The dining table is strategically placed in the bay window showcasing wonderful views that stretch across from St. Michaels Mount to Penzance and Mousehole further down the South coast.

There are 2 bedrooms comprising a twin room and a double room. There is a main bathroom offering a bath with electric shower over, heated towel rail, wash hand basin, toilet and shaver socket. Outside and to the rear of the property there is convenient storage facility for beachwear, surfboards etc.

Cormorant View benefits from an excellent location in Marazion town centre. Marazion itself is a small Cornish seaside town with a handful of good local pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries not forgetting a post office. Cormorant Views is located above Seahorses apartment, also available to let through Cornish Gems.

There is a children's playground close to the property and Mounts Bay beach is directly opposite the property. The infamous National Trust landmark - St. Michael's Mount can be accessed from Mounts Bay beach at low tide via the cobbled causeway or by boat at high tide.

The harbour town of Penzance is just a couple of miles away offering a number of shops, cafes, restaurants and main line train station. The beaches at Praa Sands, Perranuthnoe and Prussia Cove are all very close by and certainly recommended places to visit during your stay. These hot spots can be accessed by the South West Coastal Path (near the property) for the enthusiastic walker or by car within a matter of minutes. Mounts Bay is a leading venue for many sailing events and its equally as popular with wind surfers and kite surfers due to its vast foreshore.
