• There is no parking available with this property however, you are able to purchase a "Rover" parking permit (requires at least 10 days notice) which will entitle you to stay in any of the council run long stay car parks throughout Cornwall. Weekly tickets are also available to purchase from the car park itself, if the 10 day notice period has passed. Please note that purchasing your ticket in this way will only entitle you to use the car park it was purchased from. Please also be aware that neither of these tickets will guarantee you a space. Ask a member of the team for further details. Your nearest car park is The Island car park which is just a few minutes walk away

We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Ebb Tide is a lovely quaint cottage positioned in the enviable area of St. Ives. The Digey is a cobbled street off Fore street and just one road back from the harbour itself. Located literally seconds from Porthmeor Beach and The Tate Gallery, this wonderful holiday cottage sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 en-suite.

Entering the property, you are greeted with the small but well equipped bespoke kitchen and separate utiliity area that offers a washing machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, grill and hob, microwave and wall mounted flat screen television with in built Freeview. There is also a dining table and chairs to sit maximum occupancy.

From the kitchen, there are winding wooden stairs that take you to the first floor and living room that has an electric wood effect fire, 3 armchairs, a 3 seater sofa and wall mounted flat screen television with in-built Freeview and DVD player. A separate room off the living room is perfect for some relaxation time and peace and quiet. This room offers a wicker double seater chair with views overlooking the cobbled street, suited for reading one of the large selection of books available at Ebb Tide. A second door from the living room leads into the first bedroom and has a double bed, 2 side tables with drawers and lamps, as well as a hanging space for clothes. There is a small en-suite built under the stairs that offers a toilet, shower, free standing wash basin and magnifying mirror.

From the living room, another flight of wooden stairs takes you to the second floor. The second bedroom is located opposite the stairs and consists of a twin bedroom, cupboard and wicker pull out drawers and full length mirror.

The third and final bedroom has a king size bed and is adjacent to the twin room. This room has a flatscreen television with in-built Freeview, 2 side tables with lamps, an in-built cupboard, mirror and chest of drawers.

The main bathroom is located at the end of the small hallway on the second floor and comprises of a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, wash basin and toilet.

This well equipped and cosy cottage features local art throughout the house and is ideally placed. It is certainly our recommended choice for those who seek a popular, prime location close to the fantastic shops, restaurants, galleries and beaches that St. Ives has to offer.
