Please note that purchasing your ticket in this way will only entitle you to use the car park it was purchased from. Please also be aware that neither of these tickets will guarantee you a space. Ask a member of the team for further details. You nearest car park is The Island car park, just a few minutes walk away

We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Having undergone some refurbishments before joining Cornish Gems we are pleased to announce this wonderful holiday cottage is now available for our guests to enjoy.

The Flying Pilchard is a spacious one bedroom Cornish cottage, located in the heart of St. Ives downalong area, very close to Porthmeor beach. Its location provides quick and easy access to the multitude of shops, cosmopolitan restaurants, art galleries and golden sandy beaches that St. Ives has to offer. The closest beaches are Porthgwidden, Porthmeor and The Harbour which are all less than 5 minutes walk from the cottage.

On entering the property, the entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge area providing 2 x 2 seater sofas, coffee table, large floor lamp and a window seat. Entertainment facilities include a CD/radio music system, digital TV with Freeview, DVD player along with a bookcase with a selection of books.

A sliding door leads from the lounge to the kitchen/dining area. Kitchen facilities include an electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. There is a large round dining table with 4 chairs as well as a comfy arm chair.

Stairs lead to the first floor where the master bedroom and bathroom can be found. The master bedroom offers a 5ft iron bed, bedside cabinets/lamps, double fitted wardrobes a chest of drawers and 2 mirrors. The newly fitted main bathroom offers a good sized bath and power shower over (with raindrop head and hand held attachment), sink, mirror, heated towel ladder and toilet.

The Flying Pilchard is well equipped and enjoys an excellent St. Ives location and the perfect choice for 1-2 people wanting to escape to the Cornish Coast for a competitively priced weekly holiday. The owners of The Flying Pilchard also welcome dogs.
