If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.
St. James Court is a small, new property development in St. Ives externally finished with granite and New England style weather boarding. Internally, this split level three bedroom apartment property has been finished and presented to an excellent standard, having recently been awarded a credible '4 star gold' Quality in Tourism award. Upstairs this stylish apartment offers 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with en-suite shower room) along with a main bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and interesting, funky, union jack bedside tables. There is a balcony off the master bedroom offering glimpses of St. Ives Harbour. There is a twin room with two 3ft single beds and storage plus a third room with bunk beds and storage facilities. The stylish, fully tiled main bathroom has a bath with power shower over, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver socket.
