Please note that purchasing your ticket in this way will only entitle you to use the car park it was purchased from. Please also be aware that neither of these tickets will guarantee you a space. Ask a member of the team for further details. Your nearest car park is The Island car park, just a few minutes walk from the property

If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

New for 2011. Locations don't get better than this. Harbour Beach Cottage as the name suggests is situated on the harbour front in St. Ives. Harbour Beach Cottage is arranged over 4 floors and boasts fabulous harbour views from every front facing window (except kitchen on the ground floor)

You can enter the property via the front door and porch accessed via granite steps. The porch enters into the first floor open plan lounge (sea views) and dining area (with enough seating for full occupancy), 2 leather sofas, wicker chair, a small library of books, flat screen HD TV with DVD player, dining table and 6 chairs plus DAB radio. You can also enter from the ground floor door which opens into the kitchen. Kitchen facilities include: electric oven and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The main bathroom finished with a combination of tiling and tongue and groove is also located on the ground floor. It offers a bath with power shower over, sink, mirror and toilet.

Stairs lead from the living space to the second and third floor bedroom accommodation. There is one double room, 1 twin room (with 1 single bed plus a single sofa bed) plus a WC on the second floor. A further staircase with picture window and fantastic harbour view leads to the top (third) floor master bedroom. There is a 4ft 6" iron bed, hanging space, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with lamps and DAB radio. The master bedroom has front and rear facing UPVC sash windows. The front window showcases a fabulous view across St. Ives Bay to Porthminster beach. The rear window offers a rooftop glimpse of St. Nicholas's Chapel on The Island adjacent to the popular beach, Porthmeor.

The owners have carefully created a homely retreat and base from which to enjoy your holiday in the jewel of the Cornish crown that is St. Ives.
