The owners have carefully created a homely retreat and base from which to enjoy your holiday in the jewel of the Cornish crown that is St. Ives. Painted with fresh white walls each room is punctuated with a fusion of confident colours from the stripe and spot prints of the sitting room to the striking black and green tiling of the kitchen. This versatile holiday home ensures ample space in which to sit back and relax or for a group of people to come together for a old fashioned catch up. Each bedroom has been individually styled in cool blues and linen whites creating a restful haven.
Outside the kitchen is a pretty vintage love seat painted in a soft Cornish blue so you can enjoy the views and fresh air with your morning coffee, afternoon ice cream, or that post dinner digestif. With its central St Ives location you are well placed to explore the cobbled streets and harbour front with the bustle of fishing boats bringing in their catch. On the reservation form you will be able to choose how many nights you wish to stay for. Please note mini breaks (2-5 nights) are available from 1st October to 30th April and are not available during peak times.
Pay 1/3rd deposit to secure your holiday (33.3%) now and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday; or
EARLY BIRD SAVE OFFER: Book a full priced holiday for a minimum of 7 nights before 31st January 2014 and spread the cost over 3 installments. Pay £100 now, the rest of the deposit is due on/before 1st February 2014 and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday.

How can I pay
We accept debit cards (no charge), credit cards (2.5% surcharge) and international bank transfers. We do not accept American Express or cheques
Perched up a slope called Mount Zion, and not so far from Teetotal Street (I jest not) which had everything that you could possibly want, including a view of the harbour.
Fantastic holiday home very cosy and well presented will definitely book again. 5 star. Cornish Gems were excellent to book with and always friendly and polite.

I cannot praise Cornish Gems enough, everything was excellent - courtesy calls, ect! The staff at Cornish Gems (and I did speak to a few of them) were always very polite and nothing was to much trouble. We had a fabulous time, thank you Cornish Gems.
We had a great holiday, loved Harbour Beach, thank you to the owners and thank you to Cornish Gems staff who were delightful. Really appreciated that you took the time to phone and check all ok, etc.
Excellent location and a great base for St. Ives and Cornwall. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms very comfortable. We had a great time and would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

There is no parking available with this property however, you are able to purchase a "Rover" parking permit (requires at least 10 days notice) which will entitle you to stay in any of the council run long stay car parks throughout Cornwall. Weekly tickets are also available to purchase from the car park itself, if the 10 day notice period has passed. Please note that purchasing your ticket in this way will only entitle you to use the car park it was purchased from. Please also be aware that neither of these tickets will guarantee you a space.
