Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

One flight of approx 10 steps leads to the front door which in turn leads straight into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The property itself has been well thought out and offers a high standard of accommodation throughout. The focal point of the room is its long solid wood breakfast bar with 6 stools which is strategically placed facing the window so you can soak up the views whilst you dine. The living area offers a large and extremely comfortable sofa, wicker chair and cream leather square armchair, sea views, flat screen wall mounted TV, iPod docking station, small wooden coffee table, small wooden table/stool with pebble feature lamp. Kitchen facilities include large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, fan assisted oven, 5 ring gas hob, 4 slice toaster, kettle, cafetiere….so well equipped for your stay!

A glass door leads into from the living space to the square shaped hallway from which the bedroom accommodation and bathrooms are accessed. To the left is a twin room with 2 x 3ft single wooden slat beds, 6 drawer chest, small slender clothes rail, two bedside cabinets/lamps and feature driftwood wall mirror. Straight ahead is the bathroom with bath with shower over, rectangular ceramic sink, heated towel rail, toilet, large wall mirror and shaver socket. Ahead and to the right is the second twin room again with 2 x 3ft single wooden slat beds, one white bedside cabinet with quartz lamp, a single wardrobe with drawer and full length wall mirror.

The sea-facing master bedroom suite offers a 5ft king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, 7 drawer tall chest, wooden dressing table and chair, mirror, flat screen wall mounted TV, hairdryer, wooden ottoman/blanket box, driftwood feature chair and vintage style blue/white armchair beside the bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Facilities include a shower cubicle, rectangular ceramic sink, heated towel rail, toilet, large wall mirror and shaver socket.

The bedrooms boast Coran designer bed linen and the bathrooms feature Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware.

There is a handy, large storage cupboard with ironing board/iron and hoover in the hallway. To the front of the property there is a very small, narrow terrace suitable for sitting outside. A couple of patio chairs can be found in the hallway cupboard.
