Kit's cottage is a charming one bedroom detached dog friendly cottage located in a quiet street in the heart of Marazion town centre just seconds from the beach.

The cottage offers open plan living space with a light and airy sitting room, a compact and bijous kitchen and dining area with table and 4 chairs.

At the back of the cottage is the double bedroom with twin or double zip and link beds plus an en suite shower room and WC. There is room for a travel cot in the bedroom.

Kit's cottage has its own courtyard space where guests can sit out in the evening and barbecue plus it has one allocated parking space.

Mounts Bay with its mile long beach is only a 2 minute walk away; the bay is very sheltered and safe for swimming and other water sports. Mounts Bay is famous for its windsurfing and hosts numerous annual national summer sailing championships.

St Michael's Mount, Cornwall's well renowned National Trust landmark is a short walk across the causeway. As well as being famous for its galleries Marazion has several delightful pubs and restaurants, including the award-winning Mount Haven. There is a children's play park. For a quick meal there is a traditional fish and chip shop, and the most famous pasties in Cornwall, Philps' and a lovely restaurant highly recommended by Cornish Gems - Ben's Cornish Kitchen!

Marazion is located on the Cornish Coastal Path. The walk to Perranuthnoe takes approximately half an hour along some truly picturesque coastline and ends at the 'Gold Winner Restaurant Of The Year', the Victoria Inn at Perranuthnoe. The walk to Penzance is also about half an hour around Mounts Bay itself.
