• There is no parking available with this property however, you are able to purchase a "Rover" parking permit (requires at least 10 days notice) which will entitle you to stay in any of the council run long stay car parks throughout Cornwall. Weekly tickets are also available to purchase from the car park itself, if the 10 day notice period has passed. Please note that purchasing your ticket in this way will only entitle you to use the car park it was purchased from. Please also be aware that neither of these tickets will guarantee you a space. Ask a member of the team for further details. Your nearest car park is The Island car park which is just a couple of minutes walk away

If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Located in the heart of historic Downalong area of St. Ives this beautifully refurbished fisherman's cottage is close to Porthmeor, The Harbour and Porthgwidden beaches. Lamorna Cottage is our highly recommended choice for families or couples seeking an exceptional quality holiday home, well placed for accessing the expansive numbers of restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and beaches.

The first floor has an open plan kitchen/dining and living room. The front door opens into the living room with two 2/3 seater leather sofas, 2 single white leather arm chairs, flatscreen TV, DVD player and Freeview. There is a small wooden coffee table, digital radio along with an exposed granite feature wall with window seat. There is a coal effect electric fire with inset log feature creating an interesting focal point. There is a handy cupboard where shoes and coats can be stored.

The dining area with wooden dining table (and 5 chairs) is open plan to the lounge and kitchen. The kitchen offers an electric convention oven, electric hob and a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen door opens up to steps and leads to a gate onto a road leading to the beach from the rear of the cottage.

The stairs from the living room lead onto a small landing. The first room at the top of the stairs is a double shower room which has a large power shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers and lamps, 2 chests of drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds, one bedside table with drawers and lamp in between the two beds as well as a separate chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 has a single bed with bedside table with drawers and lamp along with a chest of drawers. All three bedrooms have beautifully exposed granite detailed windows.
