Pier House's prime location, overlooking the Harbour in St Ives, has made it the subject of many local artists' work. This is widely regarded as a property with some of the finest views in St Ives, from the Harbour along the Cornish coast to Gwithian, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. With a lovely view from most rooms and an ever-changing panoramic scene from the third floor attic/relaxation room, you don't have to leave the property to experience St Ives!
Situated only a stones-throw away from the water's edge, you truly have the beach on your doorstep with this beautiful house, and the atmosphere that comes with the seaside too! You step out of the front door and you are in one of the oldest parts of St Ives, in a conservation area, made up of cobbled streets and fishermens' cottages. Porthmeor beach with its Atlantic waves and the Tate Gallery sat looking over its wide expanse of beach are minutes away from Pier House and you don't have to wander far to stumble upon the shops, bars and restaurants…. the house itself is positioned above a delightful organic produce shop.
For its idyllic position in one of the UK's liveliest seaside towns, Pier House is spacious and tranquil, with light and airy rooms throughout. The attic has three aspects meaning that sunlight floods the property all day long, making it extremely difficult to challenge the view from any other position in St Ives.
Pier House has recently been lovingly renovated to the highest of standards, with fresh and modern decor and a fantastic layout. The property's generous space has allowed for two entertainment/relaxation rooms, both with TV access and wireless internet connection, which makes for a perfect break for both parents and children!
