The Sail Loft is a distinctive house situated right beside the estuary in Lelant, on the outskirts of St Ives.
It has been designed to offer luxury accommodation with a dash of seaside chic, and is beautifully equipped to provide all you need for a perfect holiday.

The open plan living accommodation on the first floor has a comfortable lounge, a sunny dining area with Juliet balcony overlooking the patio garden and the kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher and espresso coffee machine.
Wi Fi broadband is provided together with a phone for incoming calls.

The top floor contains the master bedroom with quality King size bed, TV and en-suite with rainfall shower. There are views over to the estuary and you will wake to the sound of birds calling from the Saltings nearby.
The attractive twin room with views to Tren Crom has a TV plus a family bathroom with both shower and bath.

The ground floor, tiled throughout in Travertine, offers a versatile garden room for relaxing, reading or listening to music or watching TV. It offers a Ligne Rosé couch, TV and selection of books. This is a lovely peaceful room opening out onto the private garden area and perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine or just an early evening drink. The Patio area has been equipped with teak garden furniture, umbrella and gas BBQ.
 
The Sail Loft is situated in a peaceful area only a few miles from St Ives, and whilst away from all the hustle and bustle it is within easy reach of the pretty harbour, beaches, galleries and restaurants St Ives has to offer. The Saltings Reach branch line is only a couple of minutes walk away and takes you there on one of the most beautiful 8 minute train journeys you could wish for.

The property is located approximately 1 mile from the sands of Porthkidney beach which adjoins the Hayle estuary. There is a lovely 20 minute walk from the Sail Loft along the Saltings, which leads you to the beach and on to the picturesque coastal path by West Cornwall golf links, or on to Carbis Bay and St Ives.
This house is perfect for one or two couples or a small family and is ideally placed to explore all that this wonderful part of the world has to offer.
