Sea View House is a 5 bedroom, 3 storey Victorian terraced, 5 Star Gold accredited, boutique home located in the heart of St Ives. The property has been cleverly interior designed throughout to the highest standard, showcasing only the finest beds/mattresses, furniture and opulent soft furnishings and accessories. Sea View House offers beautiful Harbour views and 5 themed bedrooms, each offering it's own unique character and style.

The opulence of this beautiful seaside retreat welcomes you as soon as you enter. First right, is the open plan family living room and dining room. The living area boasts a bright red, 5-6 seater leather sofa, lounge chair with footstool, integral feature fire and large flat screen digital TV complete with Sky TV and DVD player. The living area leads into the dining area (also accessible from the kitchen via folding glass doors), its centre piece is a large glass dining table and 10 stylish acrylic chairs in pairs of different colours. This wonderful open plan space oozes style and boasts some eye catching pieces including the Marilyn Monroe canvas, the enormous mirrors not forgetting the beautiful, matching white and red “swan” ceiling chandeliers.

The next room on the ground floor is the stylish kitchen, extensively equipped with all the mod-cons you would expect from a house of this exceptional standard. High gloss units are complemented with black granite worktops. The kitchen offers underfloor heating and the central island unit with 4 bar stools is perfect for breakfasts or sipping your coffee whilst browsing the morning papers. Kitchen facilities include a double electric range oven with 5 burner gas hob, microwave oven, large fridge, separate freezer, and dishwasher.

Located behind the kitchen is the utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, iron and ironing board, leading into the 'snug' room with comfortable 3 seater distressed leather sofa, antique style games table and large flat screen TV. The final room at the back of the house is a chic, pink themed bedroom with flamingo feature wallpaper - an ideal girls room. This bedroom offers a versatile sleeping arrangement with zip n lock beds that can be zipped together to create a 6ft kingsize or separated to create two 3ft single beds. Adjacent to this bedroom is a ground floor wet room with raindrop head shower, sink, toilet and mirror.

Stairs with feature 'bookcase' wallpaper lead from the 'snug' up to a beautiful, exotic themed bedroom 4. This room also offers the versatile sleeping arrangement of zip n lock beds that can be arranged as a 6ft kingsize or two 3ft single beds. The bedroom has hand-painted bedside tables, a beautiful dark wood wardrobe, sumptuous throws and cushions and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite offers a large shower cubicle with raindrop head shower, his and hers sinks, toilet and mirror.

Back to the entrance hall, the main staircase leads to a split level landing where you can find bedroom 3, a double room with gold leaf feature wallpaper, double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle and raindrop head shower, bath, his and hers sinks, toilet and mirror.

Continuing along the split level hallway is bedroom 2 – a more gothic themed room with beautiful black ceiling chandelier, candelabra style bedside table lamps, four-poster chrome double bed, tub chair, suit stand and antique style dark wood wardrobe. This bedroom is en-suite and facilities include shower cubicle with raindrop head power shower, bath, his and hers sinks, toilet and mirror. This extravagant and stunning master room also offers outstanding views across St Ives town, harbour and beyond!

The top and final level of the property leads you to the second master bedroom which boasts a hand painted cloud feature wallpaper behind a contemporary and beautiful 5ft white leather bed. The bedroom also offers breathtaking views across St Ives town, harbour and beyond and has bedside tables with lamps, white leather chair and built-in wardrobe and is en-suite.
