We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Although the studio is in a quiet rural area and has no immediate views, it is only minutes away from West Cornwall's spectacular coastline and golden sandy beaches.

Located just 2 minutes from the main A30, it's a perfect location and base from which to enjoy your luxury break in Cornwall. St. Ives is only 5 miles by car and if you didn't want the worry of parking, you could drive 0.3 miles to St. Erth train station where you can park for just £2 per day and take the lovely scenic train ride to St. Ives.

If you enjoy walking, there are many lovely walks around the south west of Cornwall and none more stunning than the one right on our door step, in 30 minutes this walk will take you to the top of Trencrom Hill where you will see an amazing 360° view for miles from St. Ives to Hayle to Penzance and even St.Michael's mount!
