We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

The Edge has been well appointed throughout with every attention to detail creating an exceptional home and base from which to enjoy your dream holiday on the north Cornish coast. Polzeath is a short distance up the coast from Rock. Rock is frequently referred to as the coolest coastal honey trap in the whole of the British Isles so loved by celebrities, royals and a select loyal following of high flyers and fashionistas. Polzeath itself has a fantastic beach restaurant and a great pub called The Oystercatcher (not far from the property). The beach is one of the best on the north coast with its golden sand, Lifeguards and surf school.
Steps lead up from the parking area to the impressive front door and entrance porch. On entering The Edge you are drawn to the front elevation - a wall of glass which showcases a breathtaking coastal view across Polzeath. The layout at The Edge has been cleverly designed to ensure the rooms take full advantage of the wonderful view that lies ahead. The spacious living room offers 2 large sofas, occasional tables, inset lighting, lamps, 50" flat screen TV with Sky+HD and Blu-Ray DVD player. There is a large log burning stove perfect for cosying up during Autumn and Winter breaks. There is an intelligent, integral music system fitted throughout the open plan living space so your choice of music can be enjoyed from the lounge, kitchen, dining room and garden room. The sizeable garden room is accessed from the lounge and is a great space to relax, have a coffee, read the papers and unwind. With lots of glass, the light in this room is superb and there is direct access to the garden. The landscaped gardens are magical, with feature borders and pathways. The top end of the garden is elevated above the house so the view from here is fantastic hence the ideal spot for the table and chairs for 'alfresco dining'.
The kitchen really is a cook's dream, the layout is a well thought out workable space and there are 4 ovens! The kitchen units are hand painted combined with granite worktops and all the appliances are integral. Kitchen facilities include; 2 sinks, Neff double electric oven with plate warmer, Neff 5 ring induction hob, integral steam oven (for cooking fish and vegetables), integral microwave, large 2 door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a boiling water tap gizmo. There is a separate utility adjoining the kitchen with a further sink inset in a granite worktop, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A rear door leads from the utility room to the landscaped garden.

There is a rear door entering the property from the rear garden (near the outside shower) which opens adjacent to the wet room. It is recommended that guests use this entry point coming in after a day at the beach so that sandy feet and beachware can be rinsed off and the wet room conveniently used.
