We will contact you by telephone within 24 hours of making your online reservation to confirm your booking and take payment. If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

This large, 3 storey, modern detached holiday home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has been well equipped throughout to create a splendid coastal retreat. It is situated adjacent to the well renowned Hayle Estuary, an RSPB nature reserve and offers great accessibility to some of the finest golden beaches and tourist attractions West Cornwall has to offer. From the top floor views can be enjoyed across The Hayle Estuary.

The Eider House is perfect for families or large groups and dogs are welcome. The property has a large rear enclosed patio garden with plenty of garden furniture including tables, chairs, swing seat, large parasol, 2 sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ.

The Eider House is located 1 mile from Porthkidney Beach, a picturesque beach adjoining the Hayle Estuary which is dog friendly all year round. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the beach to St. Ives Bay right across to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. There is a lovely walk from the property along the Saltings which leads you to the beach and the West Cornwall Golf Course.
