If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

The Eider House is perfect for families or large groups and dogs are welcome. The property has a large rear enclosed patio garden with plenty of garden furniture including tables, chairs, swing seat, large parasol, 2 sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ.

Spacious, fully integrated stylish kitchen with cafe table and 4 chairs and French door lead to the large rear patio garden, the perfect place for 'alfresco dining'. Kitchen facilities include: Double electric oven/gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. Separate adjoining utility with washing machine and laundry facilities.
The Eider House is located 1 mile from Porthkidney Beach, a picturesque beach adjoining the Hayle Estuary which is dog friendly all year round. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the beach to St. Ives Bay right across to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. There is a lovely walk from the property along the Saltings which leads you to the beach and the West Cornwall Golf Course.
Mini Breaks run for 2, 3 or 4 nights. To book a minibreak please click on an available date in the calendar. On the reservation form you will be able to choose how many nights you wish to stay for. Please note there is a nightly supplement for holidays that run over Friday and/or Saturday night.
