We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

This gorgeous single storey barn conversion has been renovated and refurbished throughout creating a beautiful base from which to enjoy your luxury holiday in Cornwall. The Linhay is located in a quiet and idyllic rural hamlet called Engollan on the North Cornish coast, just a few miles from Porthcothan Bay and Padstow. The Linhay offers 4 bedrooms and bathrooms a secure, child friendly walled garden, wifi and off road parking for 2-3 cars.

On entering The Linhay, you are greeted with a feeling of space complemented with plenty of natural light. The entrance porch opens up to a long corridor finished with solid oak flooring. A right turn takes you to the spacious and stylish open plan kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and sitting room. The well appointed kitchen offers a double oven with induction hop, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a central island unit with 1 stool plus an extending dining table with 8 chairs. The far end of this wonderful space is the sitting room with inglenook fireplace, wood burner, comfy seating, flat screen TV and DVD player.

French doors lead from the living area to a very large and secure walled garden. The garden is completely enclosed, secure and no doubt a welcome relief for families with young children. The garden is a real suntrap and there a number of designated seating areas so you can follow the sun all day long! There is a paved area adjacent to the barn with a large table and enough chairs for full occupancy (8 guests).

A left turn from the entrance porch leads to all 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All the bedrooms feature exposed beams, quality beds and mattresses and are fitted with tasteful furniture and bedside lighting.

There is a stylish limestone tiled main bathroom (opposite the entrance porch, adjacent to living area) which offers a bath with power shower over, sink, toilet and heated towel ladder.

The Linhay will suit couples and families that seek the quietness of a rural hamlet yet still desire excellent accessibility to the delights of the North Cornish coast. The beaches at Mawgan Porth, Porthcothan, Constantine Bay, Boobys Bay, Harlyn and Trevone are all extremely close by. Newquay Airport is conveniently close by, just a short drive away!
