The Loft has recently benefited from a carefully planned renovation throughout which has created what we can only describe as the perfect seaside retreat from which to enjoy your holiday in Cornwall's jewel of the crown, St. Ives. Arranged over 2 floors The Loft offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room and chill out/relaxation area in the mezzanine area. With its prime position and superb quality throughout and sea view, The Loft is bound to be popular with our guests.

On entering the property, the ground floor area offers what amounts to self contained accommodation for 2 guests. There is a delightful twin room with exposed granite feature wall combined with white painted tongue and groove panelling. The lounge is located downstairs and features a corner group suite, slate floor tiles, 2 leather tub chairs, flat screen TV with Freeview, Blu-Ray DVD player and DAB radio/cd player/Ipod dock.

There is a ground floor bathroom with granite feature wall, toilet, sink and electric power shower. There is also a convenient area on this level with sink, washer/dryer, fridge and kettle. So if you are relaxing and enjoying the comforts on the ground floor you don't even have to go upstairs to make a cup of tea!

Stairs lead upstairs to the first floor accommodation. There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs, one with 4ft 6" double bed, the other with 5ft King size bed. The family bathroom has a double sized shower and separate bath, sink and toilet. There is an open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need for your stay. Kitchen facilities include double oven with gas hob, fridge, compact freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and slimline dishwasher. The dining room offers a solid wood table,8 chairs, DAB radio with Ipod dock and a sash window that boasts a view of the sea! The far end of the dining area offers 2 wicker chairs with coffee table and another sash window perfectly frames a glimpse of Godrevy Lighthouse in the distance.

Stairs lead from the dining room with sea blue painted wooden floor boards to a wonderful mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling and toughened glass partitioning (restricted head height). There are 2 comfy chairs, beanbags, coffee table, lamp and a collection of games. The mezzanine is the perfect place for chilling out after a long day on the beach. There is a Velux window showcasing a view across St. Ives Bay.

This delightful holiday home can only be likened to and described as the most luxurious beach hut you could ever have the pleasure of staying in.
