If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

This substantial home, a former vicarage with an expanse of gardens and parking is well placed close to the A30 for accessing the delights that Cornwall has to offer during your stay. The beaches at Portreath and Porthtowan on the North coast (up from St. Ives) can be accessed within a 10 minute drive. The Old Vicarage has 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, wonderful conservatory, landscaped gardens and a hot tub.

The Old Vicarage is tucked off the A30, Cornwall's main artery road. It is a spacious detached residence with gardens and off road parking for 6+ cars. The decor at The Old Vicarage is of a traditional style which complements this grand property with its plethora of period features, hallways and over sized rooms.

The ground floor comprises 2 fully fitted kitchens (one with modern electric oven and one with an Aga). The main kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs. The ground floor also comprises a sitting room, a formal dining room and library, utility, study, WC, further reception room which leads into a wonderfully spacious conservatory providing access to the patio, outdoor dining area, BBQ, hot tub and gardens.

A sweeping staircase takes you to the sleeping accommodation and bathrooms upstairs. There are 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WC's.

The Old Vicarage is our recommended choice for families coming from a sizeable home themselves that seek a 'home from home' and comfortable base from which to enjoy a family holiday in Cornwall. It is also very suitable for two families that wish to holiday together and take advantage of the many benefits a holiday home of this size offers.

Porthtowan, beautiful sandy cove, one of the UK's top surfing beaches. Close to the Mineral Tramways Coast to Coast path. Ideal for walkers and especially cyclists. A few minutes drive away is Tehidy Country Park a tranquil 250 acre site of woodland, lakes and footpaths along with its impressive golf course.
