If your booking is made outside of office hours at the weekend and over Bank Holidays we may take up to 48 hours to return your call. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to call us to confirm your booking at your preferred time within 48 hours of making your online reservation. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is no charge for debit card transactions, a surcharge of 2.5% is added to all credit card transactions. Please be assured we DO NOT charge a booking fee for our holidays. Our office opening hours are: Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm; Sat 10.00am-5.00pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

This spacious, stunning home is arranged over 2 floors and most rooms offer glorious views over the Camel Estuary across to Daymer Bay, Rock and beyond!
Tides benefits from a well thought out and equipped ground floor comprising an open plan kitchen, breakfast and dining room. Glass double doors open from the dining room into the large lounge offering guests the flexibility of dividing the dining and sitting room areas to suit. French doors lead from the dining room to the enclosed, rear terraced garden which is paved and split over 2 levels. Depending on the time of year, this sheltered space is the perfect spot for enjoying outdoor dining, a quiet drink or sunbathing (2 sun loungers are provided).
Back inside Tides, the spacious living room offers 3 x 3 seater sofas and a tub chair. Facilities include a large flat screen TV with SKY HD, PS3 console with Blu-Ray DVD player. The TV is connected to the Hi-Fi system for your audio pleasure and wifi broadband access is available. A French door leads from the seaward facing end of the room to the front terrace with glass balustrades offering outdoor seating, dining table/chairs and parasol.
Adjacent to the lounge is a separate snug with a small double sofa bed, wardrobe plus a large window with wooden shutters that fold right back to showcase the wonderful view that lies ahead.
The kitchen is well equipped to ensure that "home from home" cooking experience. There is a large fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave plus a two seater breakfast bar with stools. At the end of the long entrance hall is a separate utility with sink, washing machine plus a convenient walk in wet room with power shower, wash hand basin, shaver socket and WC.
A solid ash staircases rises to the first floor bedroom accommodation. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comprising; master bedroom with a 5ft king size bed and en-suite shower room, double room with 4ft 6 bed, bay window with Juliet balcony boasting outstanding views and 2 single bedrooms (both with 3ft single bed). There is a main bathroom plus 2 bedrooms offer contemporary vanity units with wash basins.
The property is situated a short walk away from Padstow harbour itself with its array of quality restaurants and shops. The Camel Trail is a 5 mile flat trail from Padstow harbour to Wadebridge and is our recommended day out for all to enjoy (bikes can be hired). Tides has allocated off-road parking for 2 cars at the front of the property, there is rear access to the property offering a secure shelter for bikes. Tides is presented to an exceptional standard throughout and is equipped with everything required to make your holiday in Padstow a truly special one.
