Arranged over 3 floors this spacious, well appointed home has ample space to accommodate full occupancy. The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance hall leading to an enormous open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining room. The dining table extends to comfortably seat up to 12 guests. There is a large island unit with bar stools. Doors lead from the kitchen to the enclosed rear garden with small herb garden.

Trevean House has 2 living rooms a TV room with two sofas, large flat screen plasma TV, DVD player and surround system. The second spacious sitting room offers 2 sofas, 2 arm chairs and a wall of doors that fold right back bringing the outdoors inside. There is an adjoining study with double sofa bed, desk, wifi access and patio door leading to the terraced deck which offers sea views. Just off from the hallway is a fully equipped utility room with washing machine, dryer and ceiling racks. Leading from here, is a WC and shower room. The utility room leads to a double garage which has enough space for guests for one car.

The first floor level offers 2 double rooms both with sea views, there is a twin room and two bathrooms (one en-suite to the master bedroom). Both bathrooms offer a roll top bath, separate shower cubicle, sink, WC, heated towel rails and shaver socket. The whole top floor comprises a spacious fourth bedroom with up to 4 single beds available, storage, low level hanging space, a table football, television and DVD player, Xbox 360 with 2 controllers and games. The velux windows offer beautiful coastal views. A perfect den for children and teenagers.

Trevean House is our recommended choice for a large family or two families seeking a spacious holiday home nestled on Cornwall's picturesque South coast offering fantastic access to many golden sandy beaches (Perranuthnoe beach just a ten minute walk), coastal walks and the amenities of nearby towns; Penzance, Marazion and St. Ives (to name but a few).
