A Snowy Day at the Seaside in St Ives

Locals and Cornish holiday makers awoke to a winter wonderland this morning as St Ives, along with the rest of Cornwall, was blanketed with snow following a bout of intermittent snow showers through the night. The St Ives Harbour looks majestically beautiful draped in a layer of the white fluffy stuff!
Perhaps this ongoing spell of bitterly cold weather across the south west could be just the aperitif to the long hot summer we have been promised for so long!
