We have the pleasure of offering 10 Richmond Place for a few weeks over the summer holidays. The property is owned by a local artist, whose work along with many other artists is show cased throughout the property.
10 Richmond Place benefits from an elevated position offering sea views from St. Ives Harbour across to Gwithian Beach, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.
This holiday home is arranged over 2 floors. It sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) along with that all important allocated parking space. Richmond Terrace is a central position tucked behind The High Street and Trewyn Garden….so the many shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries and beaches that St. Ives has to offer are within walking distance and accessible within a matter of minutes.
