We invite you to come and stay in The Sail Loft, a very stylish addition to our portfolio of Cornish Gems that offers luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests. This lovely home belonging to the fourth generation of a local seafaring family nestles comfortably in the South West corner of the renowned RSPB nature reserve on the Hayle Estuary near the famous Old Quay House Pub.
The Sail Loft is arranged over three floors. The chic open plan living accommodation, with oak floorboards, is on the middle floor from which there is a Juliet balcony overlooking the pretty garden/patio below. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances and equipment.
On the top floor is the master bedroom with King size bed and contemporary en-suite shower room. The beds and mattresses have been specially chosen for their comfort and all bedding is anti allergy. The master bedroom looks over the garden towards the tidal estuary waters. There is also an attractive twin bedroom with views to Trencrom, plus a further luxury bathroom with bath, power shower, sink, WC, shaver socket and heated towel rail.
The ground floor, tiled throughout in Travertine, has a cloakroom and a versatile garden/further reception room. This can double up as a bedroom accommodating 1 or 2 guests very comfortably on the roomy sofa bed. There are French doors leading out from here to the good sized private patio area.
St. Ives is a short drive away or, if you prefer to leave your car at home, the Saltings Reach branch line train is only 5 minutes walk away. You arrive at Porthminster Beach, St. Ives, in 8 minutes and sample some breathtaking coastline along the way. The Sail Loft is within easy reach of pubs, restaurants, a post office, food stores, links golf course and the wonderful sand dunes of Porthkidney Beach.
It is the perfect choice of holiday home if you want to stay in a quiet and peaceful location but still be ideally located for easy access for sampling the delights of St. Ives and exploring the West Cornwall peninsular.
