This large, 3 storey, modern detached holiday home has been well equipped throughout to create a splendid coastal retreat. It is situated adjacent to the well renowned Hayle Estuary, an RSPB nature reserve and offers great accessibility to some of the finest golden beaches and tourist attractions, St. Ives and West Cornwall has to offer.

The ground floor comprises a large kitchen and breakfast room plus seperate utility room and WC. The lounge is open plan with the dining room, the focal point being a 50" wall mounted plasma screen TV. There are French doors leading to the private and enclosed patio garden.

On the first floor the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room can be found along with a single bedroom, a double bedroom plus a family bathroom (with bath and shower facilities). The third floors offers 2 further doubles rooms which share the additional shower room.

Driftwood house provides lots of space, parking and superb access to St. Ives and the West Cornwall peninsular.
