It's perfect for one or two couples looking for a spacious luxury holiday home in a quiet location which provides easy access to the delights that St. Ives has on offer, from fabulous beaches through to its multitude of galleries and fine restaurants.

Sea Breeze is a wonderful three storey detached town house, the main living accommodation is on the middle floor with Juliet balcony overlooking the patio garden. Sea Breeze is cleverly interior designed throughout in white offering bright splashes of colour giving it a fresh modern and welcoming feel.

Sea Breeze is located close to St. Ives, adjacent to the Hayle Estuary and well renowned RSPB nature reserve and offers superb quality accommodation for up to 4 guests.

On the top floor the master bedroom can be found with double bed, fitted wardrobe plus en-suite shower room. There is also a further double room with fitted wardrobe plus a second bathroom with bath, power shower, sink and WC.

The ground floor offers a delightful light and airy garden room with bistro set and French doors leading to its sunny private patio area….a perfect place for enjoying breakfast or an early evening drink. There is also a seperate ground floor WC.

St. Ives is a short drive away, or the Saltings Reach branch line train is a 5 minute walk away. You arrive at Porthminster Beach, St. Ives in 8 minutes and sample some breathtaking coastline along the way.
