This large, 2 storey, detached holiday home, offers 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and has been well equipped throughout. Its a great base from which to enjoy your holiday in Cornwall. It is situated in St. Ives and offers that all important off road parking for 4-5 cars.

The ground floor comprises a large kitchen and breakfast room, large open plan lounge and dining room. There are 2 ground floor twin bedrooms plus one large family bathroom finished in marble tiling offering a bath plus a seperate shower cubicle.

Upstairs there are 5 further bedrooms, 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms plus one single room. The two double bedrooms have en suite shower rooms plus there is a seperate shower room.

The lounge is open plan with the dining room, the focal point being a 42" wall mounted plasma screen TV.

An Porth provides lots of space, parking and superb access to the delights of St. Ives and its many beaches.
