Badgers Sett is a newly built modern holiday home offering spacious and stylish accommodation for up to 7 guests. Badgers Sett offers fabulous countryside and sea views overlooking the historic Penryn harbour, Ponsharden and the Penryn Creek, whilst being very close to Falmouth and the many delights of Cornwall's South coast.

Badgers Sett is arranged over four floors, as you walk in from the front door there is a double bedroom and WC with a small flight of stairs down to the kitchen and dining room. The well equipped kitchen/diner has French doors which lead to a fantastic large decked area with contemporary glass balcony….the views from which are simply breathtaking. You can then walk down to the planted terraced garden which also offers a separate BBQ deck.

The main bathroom, a family bedroom (with double and single bed) are on the next floor along with the lounge. The lounge has a leather sofa suite with South facing Juliet balcony showcasing the fabulous rural views down to Penryn Harbour itself.

The master bedroom can be found on the top floor which again offers those fabulous rural and sea views along with an en-suite shower room.

All three bedrooms are a good size and provide ample wardrobe storage space plus room for a cot. There is also an additional sofa bed in one of the double rooms.
