This property has plenty of parking and is well equipped and furnished throughout. The main accommodation is arranged on the first floor and comprises open plan lounge and dining room, kitchen, double room, single room and bathroom. The ground floor offers a further room with slate floors, double sofa bed, flatscreen TV and wetroom with a stable door leading to the compact and bijous patio and decked BBQ area.
The Coach House is situated in the prime location that is Saltings Reach, on the outskirts of St. Ives, in Lelant. Lelant has its own Post Office/general store and good food is on offer at the local pubs, all 3 of which are in a short walking distance from the house. The Coach House is well located for easy access to the many golden beaches that West Cornwall has to offer. The sand dunes of Porthkidney Beach are a 20 minute walk away from which the views across to St. Ives, Gwithian beach and Godrevy lighthouse are simply breathtaking.
