Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Terms and Conditions

   1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Cornish Gems in collaboration with Celtic & Co.

   2. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Cornish Gems, Celtic & Co, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

   3. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must complete the embedded form provided. Signing up to receive marketing communications from Cornish Gems and Celtic & Co is optional, and participants can choose to opt in. Those who opt in may unsubscribe at any time.

   4. Competition Period: The competition runs from 10th January 2025 to 24th January 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

   5. The Prize:

      • A 3-night stay at Beach View in St Ives, a luxury property managed by Cornish Gems, which sleeps up to 7 guests and welcomes 1 dog.

      • One pair of complimentary Celtic & Co slippers provided on arrival.

      • A £250 voucher to spend with Celtic & Co.

   6. Prize Restrictions:

      • The stay must be taken as a single booking.

      • The stay cannot be booked during July, August, or the Christmas/New Year weeks.

      • The prize must be redeemed and the stay completed by 31st December 2025.

      • Standard Cornish Gems booking terms and conditions apply, including any cancellation or damage policies.

   7. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   8. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

   9. Prize Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

   10. Publicity: By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in any associated publicity, including having their name shared on Cornish Gems and Celtic & Co’s social media channels.

   11. Data Protection: Any personal data provided during the course of this competition will be handled in accordance with the promoters’ privacy policies.

   12. Right to Cancel or Amend: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

   13. Liability: The promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

   14. Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
