Once the stable quarters of Boscovean House, the cottage has been creatively renovated ensuring a spacious and light filled space hidden away in a lush green garden.  Enter into the sunny living room which offers a quiet retreat from morning until evening with 2 relaxing sofas and large flatscreen TV.  A red brick arch leads into the modern fully fitted kitchen which has been thoughtfully kitted out for all your holiday cooking, the local area brims with Cornish produce for you to enjoy from fresh-from–the-boat seafood to hand reared meats.  A country style wooden dining table with 4 chairs sets the scene for indulgence!  The staircase leads to the first floor with large double bedroom decked out in cool whites and duck egg blues and a contemporary bathroom with large rain shower for the perfect pamper.

From your Holiday Door

To the front of Boscovean Cottage is a large paved patio area with attractive iron dining table and chairs.  This perfect suntrap ensures alfresco dining be it lazy breakfast or afternoon tea.  An established garden is well tended with grassed area and attractive plantings which bloom with colour in the warmer months.  The cottage is hidden away in Heamoor, close to the local amenities (pub, general store, bakery and pharmacy) and is just a short drive to the beach at Marazion and the iconic St Michaels Mount, well worth a visit.  Penzance and Newlyn are a mecca for art lovers attracting artists from all over the world and the famous Minack Theatre is just a short drive away.  St Ives is located on the north west coast and offers a tempting collection of restaurants and picture perfect views of Cornwall’s blue seas and white sand beaches.  This unique area has much to offer from the verdant gardens of nearby Trengwainton, part of the National Trust collection to the rich heritage and breathtaking scenery of West Cornwall.

Fantastic customer service, the welcome pack left in the cottage by CG was excellent and really useful. Never had this level of customer service before, so it was a lovely surprise - I am very very picky! The property was brilliant, and it was great that fresh linen and fresh dishcloths were provided - really thoughtful.
