This newly built barn has been flawlessly created to combine the very best luxury furnishings, fresh contemporary style and latest mod cons for the ultimate escape. Choose from four boutique ensuite bedrooms, relax in the open plan living, dining and kitchen space and soak up the panoramic views stretching across the fields to the sparkling sea. Daymarker includes an indulgent outdoor heated swimming pool exclusive for its guests. Located in the heart of south Cornwall, guests can enjoy the luxury of the location exploring the nearby towns and villages of Fowey, Charlestown, Lostwithiel, Looe and the sandy cove beaches of Polridmouth, Polkerris, Readymoney Cove and the beaches of The Roseland Peninsula.

Step Inside

Follow the coast road towards Fowey and arrive at the natural rural beauty of Daymarker. Step in to a central hallway and ascend the floating stairs to the breathtaking open plan layout of the first floor. Flooded with natural light from the full height glass doors, this welcoming space is the hub to the home where guests gather in the living space, dine in style and get creative in the kitchen all against the superb coastal backdrop and view of Fowey’s Daymark. A further spacious living room come snug is located on the first floor, a breakout room for children or tranquil space for a quiet afternoon with a favourite book, a Daphne Du Maurier novel perhaps? The first of the four bedrooms is set to the rear of the barn. The ground floor hosts three ensuite bedrooms each beautifully dressed in luxury fabrics, cosy blankets and a chic Scandinavian style.

From your Holiday Door

From the first floor, slide back the full height glass doors and step out onto the large balcony under the arched eaves of the barn. Sit out and dine al fresco gazing across to the sea or watch the sunrise before the bustle of holiday life begins for the day. Daymarker offers a beautiful stone terrace leading to the outdoor swimming pool (enclosed) and grassed lawn.  While away the days in your private oasis of holiday luxury, dip in and out of the pool and enjoy well-earned time out and relaxed pace of life in true Cornish style. If you can bear to leave, even for a moment, then jump in the car and explore this beautiful coastline stretching from the iconic harbour town of Fowey down to the smart coastal village of St Mawes. Hidden sandy coves, miles of south west coast path, secluded bays and some of Cornwall’s most popular hot spots await. The nearest beach is Polkerris just a short drive away, a charming cove with sandy beach, calm swimming waters, traditional pub, beachside bistro and café. Polridmouth is also nearby and accessed through verdant fields leading down to the cove. Fowey is well worth exploring, a maritime mecca for hardy sailors and trendy stopover full of local pubs, cool cafes, artisan shops and more. If action and adventure is on the agenda then hire kayaks and explore the creeks and inlets of the River Fowey, made famous by the novels of Daphne Du Maurier. From winter weekends to lazy summer stays, check in and switch off at Daymarker.
