The Property

Take the elevator to the top floor and step out into penthouse luxury. Once inside, Due South is filled with a relaxing ambiance and inviting inside/outside ambiance from the generous glass doors filling the spaces with natural light. The hub of the penthouse is the open plan living, dining and kitchen space where holiday life takes shape from planning the days ahead or enjoying good Cornish food and conversation. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with crisp white cabinets and all you need for family cooking. The living room offers double aspect doors leading to the wrap around balcony to the front or out onto the roof terrace at the side. Throw back the doors and take in the ever changing views of St Ives bay, this relaxed space offers comfortable seating and a quiet place to sit and read. The ensuite master bedroom is located to the front with stunning sea views, check the morning surf state from your pillow and enjoy the tranquility from your elevated position. Two further bedrooms and a smart family bathroom complete the luxury accommodation, each bedroom is adorned with images of the owners travels and a bespoke colour palette whilst the bathroom is the perfect place for a post beach pamper.

How can I make a reservation?

Online:

  1. Select the property you wish to book
  2. Choose Availability/Prices
  3. Choose the date you wish to book on the calendar
  4. Register/complete/submit the online reservation and pay the monies due

WHAT DO I PAY AND WHEN?

Advance bookings:

  1. Pay 1/3rd deposit to secure your holiday (33.3%) now and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday

Last minute bookings:

  1. Payment in full required for all holidays booked within 28 days of arrival

You can pay securely online or over the phone via Sagepay.

Cautionary Deposit:

  1. A cautionary deposit of £250.00 is required prior to your check in. The day before your arrival we will pre authorise your balance payment card for this amount. Should you wish to use an alternative card then please ensure you have this card readily available when making your balance payment. (Please note you can use a credit card for this without incurring any charges).

When you submit an online reservation, you will receive an automated reservation confirmation. Please contact the reservations team with any questions you may have.

How can I pay

We accept debit cards (no charge), credit cards (2.5% surcharge) and international bank transfers.
We do not accept cheque payments.
