The Property

Estura Villa is smart contemporary coastal villa set over 3 floors. Arrive into a central hallway on the ground floor with stunning master bedroom, further zip/lock bedded room and separate shower room. A central staircase descends to the lower ground floor with an additional master bedroom leading to a private sea facing terrace. Estura Villa offers 2 balcony spaces. Slide back the tri-fold doors of the first floor and invite the outside in, this spacious decked terrace offers a dining table with 4 dining chairs, 2 sun loungers and 2 oversized relaxing armchairs. Watch the boats go by from your private elevated vantage point and enjoy al fresco dining. The lower ground floor bedroom has a private terrace with dining table and chairs. If you are new to Salcombe or it is a favourite family holiday haunt, the active lifestyle and natural landscape make this corner of the South Hams a superb holiday destination. A short walk down the hill leads you into the heart of Salcombe and harbour life, a number of restaurants and pubs offer a tempting choice of local cuisine including some of the best shellfish on the coast. Cool cafes and bars welcome pre-dinner drinks. The high street includes an impressive collection of shops from the nautically inspired Jack Wills to more independent shops. The South Sands ferry offers a regular service to the nearby beaches of Millbay, Smalls Bay, Sunny Cove and up towards East Portlemouth. If water sports are on the agenda then take to the estuary and try your hand at sailing or kayaking, the sheltered waters are a mecca for all sailors the world over.

How can I make a reservation?

Online:

  1. Select the property you wish to book
  2. Choose Availability/Prices
  3. Choose the date you wish to book on the calendar
  4. Register/complete/submit the online reservation and pay the monies due

WHAT DO I PAY AND WHEN?

Advance bookings:

  1. Pay 1/3rd deposit to secure your holiday (33.3%) now and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday

Last minute bookings:

  1. Payment in full required for all holidays booked within 28 days of arrival

You can pay securely online or over the phone via Sagepay.

Cautionary Deposit:

  1. A cautionary deposit of £500.00 is required prior to your check in. The day before your arrival we will pre authorise your balance payment card for this amount. Should you wish to use an alternative card then please ensure you have this card readily available when making your balance payment. (Please note you can use a credit card for this without incurring any charges).

When you submit an online reservation, you will receive an automated reservation confirmation. Please contact the reservations team with any questions you may have.

How can I pay

We accept debit cards (no charge), credit cards (2.5% surcharge) and international bank transfers.
We do not accept cheque payments.
