The Property

Open the door to your holiday home beside-the-sea! Once inside the house is flooded with natural light and offers a welcoming ambience with a fresh colour palette of crisp whites and nautical blues. Step into a central hallway which leads into the open plan social spaces. The modern fully fitted kitchen is set to impress and thoughtfully kitted out with all you could need for your Cornish menu, a small utility come pantry area ensures ample space for those holiday extras. Lead into the hub of the house, the relaxing living room, and sink into the over-sized corner sofa with friends and family for that long overdue catch up. Slide back the tri-fold doors and welcome in the fresh Cornish sea air for the ultimate inside/out holiday atmosphere. The dining room is to the rear of the house yet remains open plan, dress the table to impress for celebratory suppers or simply enjoy a lazy breakfast as you map out the days adventures. A central staircase leads to the first floor and choice of 3 stylish bedrooms. Choose from the luxury of the master bedroom with high ceiling, sleigh style king bed, Juliet balcony and sea glimpses or the double bedded room beautifully presented. The charming Cornish village of Gorran Haven is a short walk away and sets the scene for a super beach holiday, dip into Cakebreads bakery for a morning coffee and pastries, enjoy the comings and goings of the working crab and lobster fisherman and step out along the golden sand beach. Children will enjoy the safe swimming waters as they brave the Cornish sea and discover the rockpools. The coastal pathways will lead you up and over some of the most wonderful seascapes in the county, follow your nose towards Great Perhaver beach and up towards Chapel Point or head South towards the sandy beach of Vault. Tucked away in South Cornwall, this magical stretch of coastline is waiting to be explored. How can I make a reservation?

Online:

  1. Select the property you wish to book
  2. Choose Availability/Prices
  3. Choose the date you wish to book on the calendar
  4. Register/complete/submit the online reservation and pay the monies due

WHAT DO I PAY AND WHEN?

Advance bookings:

  1. Pay 1/3rd deposit to secure your holiday (33.3%) now and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday

Last minute bookings:

  1. Payment in full required for all holidays booked within 28 days of arrival

You can pay securely online or over the phone via Sagepay.

Cautionary Deposit:

  1. A cautionary deposit of £250.00 is required prior to your check in. The day before your arrival we will pre authorise your balance payment card for this amount. Should you wish to use an alternative card then please ensure you have this card readily available when making your balance payment. (Please note you can use a credit card for this without incurring any charges).

When you submit an online reservation, you will receive an automated reservation confirmation. Please contact the reservations team with any questions you may have.

How can I pay

We accept debit cards (no charge), credit cards (2.5% surcharge) and international bank transfers.
We do not accept cheque payments.
