Arrive to the 2nd floor with central hallway before climbing to the 3rd floor and the wonderful space, light and luxurious charm of the living areas. With a passion for restoration and reclamation, this thoughtful home comes from the heart of the owner who cleverly combines salvaged finds with more modern order. The kitchen offers an industrial twist with vintage haberdashery cabinets, chunky butchers block and a state of the art range cooker. Colonial style furniture continues through the living space with bespoke side tables and inspired artefacts. Relax in style as a group or enjoy a quiet afternoon watching the boats go by in all seasons. The dining table can be dressed to impress for celebratory suppers with friends or kept simple for lazy breakfasts. The 2nd floor includes bedroom one, a spacious shower room and a private study, perfect for those needing to check in with work or for children to escape the chit chat of adult conversation above. Jacob's View is located in an elevated position above the town and captures the sea views perfectly, slide back the bi-fold doors from the top floor and enjoy the ambiance of inside-outside holiday life, a dining table and chairs welcomes al fresco meals or sundowner cocktails-with-a-view! Bedrooms one and two both include a private sit out balcony with bistro table set to the river backdrop. From the ground floor, a larger stone terrace is accessed via bedroom three. A larger dining table and chairs and garden bench set the coastal scene with brimming pots of herbs and botanical plants. Wonder from your holiday door down into Falmouth centre and explore Cornwall's largest marina. Discovery Quay is a wonderful place to watch the world go by, pick up Rick Stein's fish and chips to enjoy on the harbour wall or dine at one of the many restaurants. The River Fal Company offer daily ferry shuttles to St Mawes or take a river trip up towards Truro. Nearby beaches include Gyllynvase Beach, Swanpool and Maenporth all offering superb swimming waters and water sport opportunities. The South of Cornwall has much to offer or hop over to the drama of the high cliffs and rolling surf on the North Coast for a day trip.

How can I make a reservation?

Online:

  1. Select the property you wish to book
  2. Choose Availability/Prices
  3. Choose the date you wish to book on the calendar
  4. Register/complete/submit the online reservation and pay the monies due

Advance bookings:

  1. Pay 1/3rd deposit to secure your holiday (33.3%) now and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday

Last minute bookings:

  1. Payment in full required for all holidays booked within 28 days of arrival

You can pay securely online or over the phone via Sagepay.

Cautionary Deposit:

  1. A cautionary deposit of £250.00 is required prior to your check in. The day before your arrival we will pre authorise your balance payment card for this amount. Should you wish to use an alternative card then please ensure you have this card readily available when making your balance payment. (Please note you can use a credit card for this without incurring any charges).

When you submit an online reservation, you will receive an automated reservation confirmation. Please contact the reservations team with any questions you may have.

How can I pay

We accept debit cards (no charge), credit cards (2.5% surcharge) and international bank transfers.
We do not accept cheque payments.
