Introducing Morveren, a stylish luxury apartment set amidst the charm and coastal character of St Ives.  Located within the prestigious Gallinas Point development, this beautifully presented holiday home has been architect designed and offers guests a luxury location. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms ensure ample space for a family of 4 or simply a romantic break and peaceful getaway.  

The Property

Filled with natural light and a welcoming ambience, Morveren sets the scene for your luxury coastal holiday.  Arrive to the spacious lobby with ample storage before leading into the wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen space.  Decked out in fresh neutral hues the apartment has been thoughtfully styled including solid oak wood flooring and local colourful artwork.  Relax in the comfort of the living space or enjoy your morning coffee on the sun terrace.  The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to make your stay a perfect home from home.  Two beautiful bedrooms each offer a quiet haven at the end of the day, luxury linens and sumptuous towels are provided, the master bedroom enjoys those inspirational sea views. 

Excellent, well presented, clean property in a lovely area, brilliant to have as a base to explore St Ives and not use the car. All in all, a lovely experience, would recommend!

A sun trap glass fronted decked terrace area makes al fresco dining the perfect option on a balmy evening, choose to enjoy a well earned sundowner as the sun sinks into the bay.  This indulgent space is accessed from the floor to ceiling glass patio doors from the living space.  Guests will enjoy the luxury and convienience of the location, set just above Porthminster beach and just a 5 minute walk into St Ives town, it really does offer the most sought after spot to call home for a while.  The cosmopolitan coastal town has much to offer from the quieter cafes set in the Downalong area, the more livelier bars set along the harbour front to the boutique collection of artisan shops.  If beach days are on the agenda then St Ives' white sands and azure blue seas are set to tempt, Porthminster, Porthmeor and Porthgwidden Beaches are all within walking distance.  The luxury of allocated parking makes day trips an easy option, choose to hit the coast road and cruise down to Sennen, Land's End and Porthcurno for spectacular scenery or head across to Falmouth for the day and take in the maritime vibe. Morveren is on the ground floor but access via 2 staircases.

How can I make a reservation?

Online:

  1. Select the property you wish to book
  2. Choose Availability/Prices
  3. Choose the date you wish to book on the calendar
  4. Register/complete/submit the online reservation and pay the monies due

WHAT DO I PAY AND WHEN?

Advance bookings:

  1. Pay 1/3rd deposit to secure your holiday (33.3%) now and pay the balance 4 weeks before your holiday

Last minute bookings:

  1. Payment in full required for all holidays booked within 28 days of arrival

You can pay securely online or over the phone via Sagepay.

Cautionary Deposit:

  1. A cautionary deposit of £250.00 is required prior to your check in. The day before your arrival we will pre authorise your balance payment card for this amount. Should you wish to use an alternative card then please ensure you have this card readily available when making your balance payment. (Please note you can use a credit card for this without incurring any charges).

When you submit an online reservation, you will receive an automated reservation confirmation. Please contact the reservations team with any questions you may have.

How can I pay

We accept debit cards (no charge), credit cards (2.5% surcharge) and international bank transfers.
We do not accept cheque payments.

The property was situated in a ideal location and was only a 5 min walk into town. It had a wonderful view of the sea. On arrival a tray had been laid out with tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and some goodies. It was a very welcome touch and greatly appreciated as I had traveled for 7 hours from the Midlands.
